, part of the Mail division of Deutsche Post DHL and a workshare partner of the United States Postal Service, provides domestic and international mail services with 16 facilities in the US and 40 worldwide. DHL GM chose Clarizen to support the launch and daily project management of their new 'branded envelope' program into the US market. The Director of Domestic Product Solutions, Chris Lentjes, explained that DHL GM aims to increase the opening rate of envelopes and increase return on investment from the direct mail perspective. DHL GM selected Clarizen for Process Management and Commercial analysis of the newly launched envelope project.
